Dual Fan for Raspberry Pi
My 3B+ was in a standard height case dual sided taped onto a monitor. There were no aluminum heat sinks attached to the chipsets. On average it was running @ 58C. I had to change the case to a Hi Case because the leads for the GPIO pins stuck up to high. I ran the system for a hour and the system ran between 46.7C and 49.9C. So far the fans aren't noisy. If you listen real close you can hear them running but at a distance no problem. Overall, in my instance, I am getting a 8C to 10C reduction temperature. Every bit helps.
